Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy

To cancel a lesson, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice via phone, text, or email. If cancellation is made within this time frame, a credit will be applied toward a future lesson. Please note that refunds are not provided, and we ask clients to avoid booking duplicate lessons to prevent double charges.

In the event of inclement weather, Tennis 4 Kidz follows the United States Tennis Association Guidelines. Notifications of cancellations will be sent promptly via text or email, and a credit will be issued to reschedule the affected lesson.
